Press release:
It would be hard to find a band with grander artistic scope than Coheed and Cambria. Over the course of six years and four groundbreaking albums, the New York foursome has diligently developed a unique sound combining forward-thinking classic rock with strong pop sensibilities and intricate musicianship.

Their songs are packed with undeniable hooks and contemporary textures, but their sonic vistas are reminiscent of great progressive and atmospheric bands from the '60s and '70s. Best of all, like the musicians themselves, the mix is neither pretentious nor alienating.

With the band's latest creation, the euphoric No World For Tomorrow, we arrive at the final chapter in the saga of Claudio Kilgannon, the story's main character, who is out to avenge the death of his parents. This is the album Coheed and Cambria fans have been waiting for. Conceptually, it fulfills its purpose marvelously.

Eager fans can now rejoice as the band announces their long awaited return to Australia. Bringing their high concept music to a very dedicated fan base, this much-anticipated tour will see the suitably epic and fitting conclusion played out in the live arena.

Tickets go on sale 9am, February 1st, 2008.
